Games are Crashing

Hi guys
trying to play fallout 3 and the game just locks up and crashes, it did the same with splinter cell conviction but works fine with MW3 & BF3
what could be the problem ?

Bad cracks/patches, drivers outdated, etc.
When they crash what is the error?

it dont display an error i have to do task manager and close it just freezes and the sound dissapears

whats your system spec? Some crack detect virus. disable your AV then try it.
