August 5th, 2016

Im not sure when this happened. After wanting to change my password to my XP Computer, i went to control panel and clickd on User’s Account and expected to see the editing screen, instead i see a white screen. I tried to restart my computer and scanned for viruses using nod32 and such. nothing seemed to work out, so can any1 help? here’s a screenshoot of how it looks like ~

Thanks for helping me guys!

Answer #1
i guess its a virus, try other antiviruses because nod32 doesnt detect a lot of stuff!!!
if it doesnt help then you have to format your comp.
if you dont want to lose data, then make an additional partition for like 20gb or something and put your files there when formating.
good luck!!!

I’ll suggest you to do a system restore if you have saved it…
otherwise…. put the Windows XP CD in your Drive, Go to Start Menu, Then Go to Run, Type “sfc” without quotes & it will restore your system files that was modified by some trojans or viruses…
