Interuppted downloads – rapidshare, etc…

HI,
When I download somthing from Rapidshare or other sites, the download stops, then continues, stops, continues, etc.. It takes a REALLY long time to complete a download.
Anyone experience this? Is it the site, or is it my connection?
I ask because when I download from BitShare or something else, it downlods properly at 10Gz speed.

When you say about other sites I’m sure that you have only problem with Rapidshare – Free users – max DL speed is 30 Kilobyte/s – new rules….
And check Official File Host Discussion thread….
All free RS users have the same problem…..
