[SOLVED]Windows Xp activation ?

My friend installed Windows XP . And he forgotten to disable autoupdate so now when he start up computer he get porblem . After windows loads ( I mean that Windows XP loading screen ) and he select user from list he gets some black screen requesting activation for Windows . I don’t know what to do now ?? Is there any activation for this . He can’t get in windows so it has to be something that can run from cd or floppy disk ( booting ) . Or he must install new illegal windows ??

try a activator on here i am using windows 7 and one of the activators on here helped me…made me restart the pc and it went from 30 days to activated… type in xp activator in search or windows activator…something similar

Yes but my friends PC had illegal win xp that was detected by microsoft and now when you try to turn on pc after loading screen you get error so you can’t get in and use that kind of activator

Even when WGA is installed on a system, and detects that you are running illegal software, it shouldn’t lock the user out from the computer.
Try booting up into safe mode and see if it lets you in that way.
If you eventually are able to get into Windows, download the following file and run genuinexp.reg. It will fix everything and make XP 100% genuine. I’ve also included a similar .reg file for Office 2007.

Solved problem by running some livecd os and then runnig activation throught registers
