Try to avoid domains like co.cc and the likes. They have regular downtime on resolving domains, as well as many popular antiviruses and web protection suites block these domains as well. you can get a .info for $0.99 a year. I have experience with Zymic, Xtreemhost, and 000webhost.
Out of those 3 I would say use Zymic last. Their a sister company of Hidemyass, and a bunch of jerks. Also, their FTP is very slow a lot of the time as well as frequent downtime.
Out of those 3 go for Xtreemhost or 000webhost.
But I recommend paid shared hosting, its cheap and reliable, like 1and1.
