Steam Help

Hey guys
I recently bought MW3 – PC.
Installed it (internet has slowed) and its supposed to be 14GB right? But Its updating 1GB – I don’t have that much time or the internet, but I am still doing it.
As I am new to windows 7, there should be a green bar right? Then why is it yellow?

do you mean at the icons at the bottom.
it usually goes yellow if the download has paused.

But its still (supposedly) downloading (at what… 3KB’s) internet slooooooooooooooooooooooooow. And yes, I do mean the icons.
