dvd to media file

i’l be installing a media server in a house soon.
whats the best way to get movies from dvd to file that will be saved on a network hard drive then being steamed wirelessly to a tv.

anyone please? just a way to convert files. all i get is my audio is out of sync! and that using AutoGK

how was that double post? i started 2 months ago. and i bumped it up. surely i’m aloud to bump my topic up. Thanks. i’ll have a try after i looked at plato DVD to AVI
