Blogger Templete Editor

I’m newbe to blogging and looking some good software for blogger template editing. and work in visual environment not in xml or html codes. I checked Artisteer 3.0 but it did not import existing xml templetes… Please help me about this matter. I don’t know much about Html. So looking for an easy software…I’ll be very thank full of you
