Movie Reviews are the simplest articles that you can send as a sample article, they’re easy to be written, you just need to understand the full movie and write about it. Here are some demo articles that will teach you how the article writing goes:

If you have enough material to explain about Health and Technology, it is also very welcome from the Press Team. Everything interesting without disobeying the rules is allowed to be an article, you could have a big success with Tech articles imo.
