Fastest way to get Notified about Scene Releases?

Hello,
Is there anyway by which one can be alerted by latest scene releases?
I tried to subscribe but it seems sometimes RSS does not update even though the websites have been updated.
Is there any way to get alerted about Latest Scene Release like we get PM’s on .
I would really love to see some creative responses

Get invites to a good torrent tracker. This way you will get them fast, but I don’t know about notifications.
