Can anyone help me out with this GIF

Hi could anyone resize this GIF for me, i mean Remove the black lines and just have the middle part, pls i found it on the internet and i really like it. Thx in Advance

Photoshop can do everything, but i m really nood in that, may b some1 will really help u.

I just trimmed the image but I need to wait for it to upload

I just opened Macromedia Fireworks, then magic wand tool, then delete and voila! Uploading just took way too long though.

Tou could use JASC Animation shop as well , nice little useful software
