I have a 8gb move that i was on 90% and it got deleted from the download list is there any way to readd it i still have the temp files.

Depends on your IDM settings – if you had it coming down as one file, no parts, then yes, you should be able to with just a rename.
If you used multi part downloading (IDM default), then no, the file you have is a single container with the multiple streams in in unfinished.
At most, you’d be able to play the first section up to the first part break-point.

No you can’t readd the file on IDM, you lost the data. Although you can experiment with the temporary files and extract 90% of the movie.

Like i said, only if IDM was set to single stream download.
