Dawn of war dark crusade direct host problem

I am having problems “Direct Hosting” + “Direct Joining” + “Lan Connections”. I got the game off (dur) and I’ve never experienced this probelm before. I recently tried to get Dawn of war II working multiplayer using this site:http://wiki.rtsu.net/How_to_Play_Dawn_of_War_2_over_Hamachi
I’ve deleted those registry already.
Whenever I press “Accept” it instantly goes to “Could not access the network. Connection timed out.”
I have forwarded ports, I’ve tried direct hosting / joining, I’ve tried LAN hamchi creating game / joining, I get the same message on all four things. Please help, i’ve been to the relic forums and it hasn’t helped
bcuz of that i don’t think its internet/modem problem.
