Problem With RapidShare Premium Account ~ How To Fix This?

This account is my friend’s account and he was sharing it with me for some time and today when I logged on the account I got this message:
Fraud-Detection, Account *******: This account is closed because PayPal has frozen your payment or you have raised a dispute.
Now, can anyone explain this to me?
How can this be fixed?
Does my friend has to buy a new account?

Looks like his Paypal account has been banned. He may need to get another PayPal and RS account.

Yeh you have been hacked,tell your mate to phone both of them ang give them your original purchase details and they will sort it for you.
