I would use Jdownloader. All you have to to is higlight, copy and paste all the links, while jdownloader is open, and then it will “parse” them and you just have to hit continue with all.

Orbit Downloader is also an alternative.
But as the most people here, I’m using JDownloader on both my PC’s and Mac.
