How do i make the direction of the working go anywhere i want? it support on horizontal and ventrical

click on the text layer and then press the buttons Ctrl + T at the same time and it will let u resize or move or change the direction ..

Also you can see that too File–> Transform–> then you can choose what ever you want to rotate your text sig
