Ps3 3.66 Jailbreak

Hi, I’m new to Jail breaking a PS3 and i was wondering if it is possible yet on the new firmware that came out today (3.66) if anyone could help me out it would much be appreciated!! Thanks In Advance

No. Anything above 3.56 fw is unable to be jailbroken…join the wait.

You can currently only jailbreak if you’re on firmware version 3.55 or lower. And there is currently no end-user friendly way of downgrading firmware versions >3.55
So if you’re on firmware version 3.56 or higher, for the time being, you will be unable to jailbreak the PS3.

give it 2 weeks max (1 week?) i think but there has been lots of new news about QA flagging (go to ps3hax) that could lead to it. VERY EXCITED!!!!

1. You need an already jailbroken ps3 to QA flag.
2. The token only works up to firmware 3.56
3. A new keyset was introduced in firmware 3.60. That’s when the token revision 1 keyset was revoked (which means the current method of QA flaggin will not work on 3.6x firmwares).

is it possible now to jailbreak 3.66? i checked google, and there is a bunch of sites that have a jailbreak for 3.66, but i want to know if they r legit before i test it on my ps3. i dont want to brick it

Yeah man… when you download the Manager , it will ask you to answer that stupid surveys…..and they dont work…:/ and i f*** every hope i had for jailbreak coz i really wanted to play bad company 2 online and then FW 3.70 came out and had to update:/// now im totally screwed with 3.70!!

We are all still waiting… it seems that the key to the 3.6x firmware is really hard to find.

i have only managed to find a jailbreak for 3.55 there are alot of videos about that are claiming to be able to back grade you ps3 but MEH didnt find any that work…
