Help With HP Cartridge

August 28th, 2013

I have refilled my black cartridge 3 times since the original ink finished. Its working fine since then. Now today my color cartridge finished and I’m stuck I have to print some work, so I had a refill in this too. When I came back placed the cartridge in printer it says.
“Tri-color print cartridge inserted now is not intended for use in this printer.”
By pressing the “OK” button. Nothing is happening. Is there anyway to override this error and continue with printing my work.

Answer #1
switch to b / w or greyscale printing
you will need a new color cartridge
Answer #2
After trying lots of times to some how use the refilled cartridge. And also consulting with the man who refilled the cartridge. Nothing happened the printer didn’t accept the color refilled cartridge. So I had to buy the new one and it accepts it.
But tell me why it accepted the black refilled cartridge and not the color one.
Answer #3
sometimes removing a cartridge damages it from the ink being dried to the contacts. Kind of like removing a band-aid
