Need help, any place I can find a HQ/HD stream link for…

I have searched as much as I can on google, on WBB, and everywhere, but I have failed in all my attempts.
I’ve been looking for a high quality of HD stream for a soccer game tomorrow (Juventus – Novaro) or a TV Channel (ESPN UK/ESPN UK HD). The streams I can find are usually just below SD quality, does anyone know where I can find better links?
Once again, I’m really sorry if I am wasting time but I have searched on both Google and WBB and couldn’t find anything, thanks guys.

This will take you right to the match page on wizi, but it says the links will only appear 1 hour before kick-off.
You might have to use sopcast to get the higher quality streams though
