Burning a slideshow of photos [solved]

hi guys a friend of mine wants me to get his pictures off his camara and burn them on to a dvd and have them as a slideshow maybe with music in the background i know it can be done and i was jus wondering how its done and whats the best easiest program to use this is my first time to do this
any help would be grateful

Freemake video convertor can do that
http://www.freemake.com/free_video_converter/
Start freemake video converter then insert DVD then click “photo” on the freemake video convertor. Then add ur pictures.
Once u added ur pictures. U can add audio. Click “no audio” then click “add audio” then add ur song.

once u done everything click “to DVD” then burn

I’ve only ever bothered to do it once, think it was Roxio Photoshow that I used, came out pretty good with all the effects/titles etc
You can even make the photoshows free on-line if you prefer.

windows movie maker
as this was my first go i actually found windows movie maker very easy to use and the friend i done it was very happy with the results so alls good
