I have tried to OC the CPU with the latest version of Clockgen and SETFSB but failed. I could not find the right PLL for the Clock Generator Setup, I couldn’t find my chipset PLL anywhere, I’ve tried Google,Yahoo but ended up with nothing. Could anyone help me find the right PLL for my Laptop Chipset please?
Also, if you have any knowledge about OC’ing the Ram, could you please tell me the name of a software that could do it or give me advice.
I have successfully OC my GPU with no problems at all. Note : Please don’t comment about the risk of overclocking a laptop, overheating etc…. As i’m aware of all that and i do have proper cooling.
Even if you managed to overclock this processor, you won’t have much headroom.
You can’t overclock the ram much and you can’t use memory dividers.
Might even need to crack open the laptop to do hardware voltage mods.
If you can’t access the Bios to overclock then you should just forget it.
Overclocking a laptop isn’t the best idea, what is you country and the temperatures there?

I agree, not the best idea. Many laptop manufacturers don’t enable you to change FSB or your CPU multipliers and cooling wouldn’t be the best.
BAD idea… laptops are crap at cooling as it is overclocking makes things hotter
dude not a good idea overclocking laptops i jst did it in a similar spec machine and completely phunked up the cpu
honestly you have no chance amigo
