installing vbullentin HELP

I dont get the problem.
http://deathcoreweekly.com/
It takes you to the index.
Click on / http://deathcoreweekly.com/
Then click on /forums
http://deathcoreweekly.com//forums
You know see this database error. I have not yet ran the install.php file.
So you would go to
http://deathcoreweekly.com//forums/install/install.php
which gives an internal server error.
Here is my config.php file:
