In order to become a donator on the site you have to donate. The donation minimum is 20$. However, the PayPal account that was used for the donations was reported and closed, so normal donations aren’t possible. If you really want to donate, PM one of the admins and find out, maybe there is another way of donating
In order to become VIP you must contribute to the site. Help, Be kind and mindful of others, share, be active. Make yourself known. If you do enough, you will be noticed as a prudent and important part of the community and you will receive VIP status during one of the member count milestones (400k, 500k, 600k, etc). you can also become a vip if you get member of the month

You don’t have to upload, you need to contribute in any way you can, whether it’s helping people, being very active, etc. Uploading is just one of the many ways of making yourself known
