Original Filenames?

October 5th, 2013

Since i’m a neat freak, i like to organize my movie collections while preserving original scene naming conventions. Since i use mainly filehosting these days, it seems that lots of uploaders edit names even in group releases to make them sound simple. Like for example for the release The.Town.EXTENDED.BDRip.XviD-SAPHiRE you can find a file “the.town-saphire.cd1”, when original is “sph-tte-cd1”.
Is there any site that just lists original filenames for specific scene releases?

http://www.orlydb.com/
PS: Don’t be so OCD about file names, tags are more important.
Answer #2
I already know about this site, but it only gives foldernames, not filenames
What do you mean about tags? Can you be more specific?

You seem to be being a bit anally retentive about filenames as SmAsHeDr pointed out. They are not important! As long as you know what the Movie is, that is the important thing. Even tags are not all that important, does it really matter what the source was? Just enjoy the Movies.
It’s annoying when people rename filenames and put in web addresses to promote their forums and in doing so make hardware players have difficulty with the filenames such as cutting off important parts of the Movie/TV episode name making it difficult to identify what they are.
