Accidental Deleteion of a Rar

Okay
SO i was trying to save space on my hard drive by deleting the rar that comes with the Fifa 09 Skulptura rip except when the unpacking of the rip failed i needed the rar again
But it was deleted from recycle bin
I used a torrent to download it
Is there anyway to
1-Redownload the torrent really fast or
2-Recover the deleted rar
If you knwo any recovery programs than tell me the best one please

what torrenter are you using? yes their are tools to recover deleted files, but they are only effective if you use them quickly after the file is deleted. the longer you leave it the less chance you have of recovering the file

if you start utorrent up again, click the torrent, and on the files tab, select everything except the one you deleted and right click, set to “dont download”

R-Studio is a good app for recovering files. Check it out, it might find your file.
