How Do I Record From My Soundcard?

I want to make some Fruityloops tuts.
I would like to record directly from my soundcard as the quality that comes through the microphone isnt at all that great.
If anyone knows a way i can do this please let me know.
I have a compaq presario C765EM.

Because your running Windows 7 and the Audio Card drivers that Windows 7 installed for your sound card doesn’t support recording from the sound card or it could be a setting that im not aware about for Windows 7 you have to set in the sound control device.
Better off trying with Windows XP using the latest audio drivers for your sound card
Install Total Recorder. It will install a driver that’s like the Stereo Mix found in XP and Vista
