Tools>>Addons, select IETab, press uninstall and restart firefox.
Btw 3.6 is out ,why don’t you upgrade ?

there should be a shortcut in your start menu to start firefox in safe mode. you can disable/uninstall the plugin from there.

Oh, if you are unable to open firefox normally, like said you can go into safe mode. Another way is to;
Open run (winkey+r), type firefox -safe-mode, hit enter, select continue in safe mode, Tools>>Addons, select IETab, press uninstall ,start firefox normally.
