itunes 8.2 sync problem

hi guys i update my iphone from 2.2 to 3.0
when i try to sync my contact from my pc to iphone
but other apps,musics & videos are sync perfecly
i already take my contact backup from my pc
it cant transfer my contacts from my pc
is there any other way to add my all contacts into iphone
