Filesonic / Internet Download manager Problem!

I have premium account with filesonic and i am using internet download manager to download files or movies
Now a days i am facing problem- If i kept 5 files in download que for download
the download que stops after 1 download then i have to restart the internet download manager to start the 2nd download in the que.
2nd problem: If i am downloding xyz.avi file then after completing download the file is saved as xyz.html if i rename this file to xyz.avi then also it wont run the player says “cannot render file”
please advice

Yes I have added user id and password in idm site login
there is no problem in downloads
problem is when download que created then it does’nt download one link after another – it stops after one link

Reinstall IDM then try it.

you add email id in place of user id i think its working fine..
