Do you think I can run GTA IV with this junk?

CPU : Intel Core 2 Duo CPU E4500@2.20Ghz
CPU Speed : 2.20Ghz
System RAM : 2 GB
Operating System : Windows XP Service Pack 3
Video Card : Nvidia 8600 GTi Express Card (256 V-RAM)
I dont want to just say “I can Run it”
I want to play it on medium-high settings. If I cant run it medium, will upgrading
my RAM from 2 GB to 6 GB help me run GTA IV on medium settings?
Firstly maybe medium and mix with some low settings
Secondly, 4GB RAM is enough any more and you may as well be saving for something else
Thirdly need help upgrading?
6GB won’t make sense if you have 32bit XP, it can only use about 3,5GB
