For correctly displaying a subtitle you don’t need to install anything. Just check the player’s subtitle settings, find “font” and select the appropriate language code (e.g. arabic, cyrillic, central european etc).
You can’t install a font that has all the diacritics. Each language has it’s own distinctive ones. You have to install support for a language in the OS to be able to use it’s diacritics. I assume you know how to do that.

Thank you for replying mate ;
But this is not the answer I was waiting , I had installed a few years ago a font (I can’t remember the name) and the :
 – Capital S (with down tail)
 – t – diacritic (with tail)
 – s – diacritic (with tail)
 – Capital T (with down tail) So it’s not support language or something … because I can use them for example in a document but I want to view them on subtitles also .

Well, man…
You’re talking about these : Ş ş Ţ ţ . Plus others like : Ă  . Right?
I was able to type that by installing romanian in “Text Services and Input Languages” under “Regional and Language Options” in Windows.
Like I said…for correctly displaying this in a subtitle, you have to select “central european”(this case exactly) in the player’s subtitle settings, even if you have the language installed in Windows.
I don’t know what font you had in the past, but I think this will solve your problem now.
