There are Total/Differential/Incremental & Mirror Backup

anyone could suggest which software is the best for backup company data (full data backup). actually im a little bit confuse with Total,Differential,Incremental & Mirror Backup.Which type of backup has more advantages? please reccomend for me software for backup.
One another question, how about virtual hard drive? seriously i want to know how it works.

Sorry, don’t know any app to make VHD.. You can make that by using OS (Win 7, XP).

A complete backup is similar to disk imaging just a complete backup
Differential & Incremental are what you run afterwards to keep your backup up to date.
As for software Backup Exec for tape Acronis Backup & Recovery for disk to disk

Oh well then Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Advanced Server is the best around at the moment. Theres a working release here comes with a management server & agents
