How do i Record Xbox 360 Gameplay without Camera?

I have a rubbish camera, was wondering how do i record what im doing on the tv or computer monitor?

you have to use a capture card like this one “http://www.i-tech.com.au/products/32055_Pinnacle_Dazzle_Video_Creator_Platinum.aspx” to have a video input into your computer, just youtube it

or hook it up to a dvd recorder or something(or even a vcr)
but you won’t be able to record it in HD, and hardware that can do it is very expensive at the moment
