how to enable transparency in windows 7?

just want to get transparency here:

i know i can find some skins for windowblinds, but i don’t want that right now

You’d have to get a custom theme & use like Rocketdock or something, don’t think you can change it through Windows by yourself.

Find some aero glass skin msstyle (not wb),but you will need to apply patch to windows.

there is something with C:\Windows\System32\dwm.exe
and registry editor, but i really don’t know much about it

Don’t mess with the registry if you don’t know what you’re doing.
Just get an Aero Glass theme, or something similar.
