iChat anything similar for windows xp?

Is there anything on Windows that can video conference as well as iChat? If so let me know our options thank you! Its for our business and will need multiple people like on iChat!

Skype. It works for me, but then again i don’t use it for business meetings. BUT, it does have the ability to do what you said so give it a try. And it has a version for Mac and Windows.
