How to use rutracker.org?

I use the translator option in google chrome though I still can’t understand some of the stuff I read. I made myself an account, and downloaded two torrents at amazing speeds, but I believe it’s like any other tracker – where I need to contribute some seeding also. So how does this work, does anyone know the rules?
Here’s my question(s)
What is the minimum ratio for seeding? Is 1:1 fine?
Do I need to seed every torrent? Can I skip one and seed a different one more?
Where can I find the digits? There's a table in my profile page, but I don't know what each row means

Basically, rutracker is like a Russian version of Demonoid. They both have (had) an enormous amount of content, extremely easy to set up an account at and do not care how much you upload vs. what you download. Go ahead and download what you please, when you please w/ no need to seed, but that is not what is considered to be good etiquitte, so please seed after all. I hope that is as clear as mud for you.

Thanks, If there’s no rules, how the hell there is such an amazing speeds on torrents? Wow! I wasn’t able to get an invite for IPtorrents and I like this just as much.
