but cannot install it, can you give me detailed instructions.

Did you ask on the actual post via a reply ? You would have a much greater chance of help from there…..

Add the following line to your hosts file located in C:/Windows/System32/Drivers/Etc/Hosts or you can use the Patcher included, install Photoshop and use the keygen to activate
127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com
