when i want to add app via itunes .ipa or add a file? sync

why cant it just add that one file, its takes ages itunes back it up and then sync everything and update every single app..
is there an easier way

Just click the small icon next to the progress bar (while its syncing), it’ll skip the backing up part and just sync whatever you need to sync! Hope this helps mate
