iTunes library duplicate and missing track app?

I’ve search on google for solutions how to delete duplicate files on itunes and none of them seem to be automated enough. I was wondering if there is a software to delete dead files and merge duplicates whilst saving the play count?
also is there an app to automatically tag and find album covers ?

What iTunes version you got installed?
Anyway i think there’s an option in iTunes that lets you do see all duplicate songs you have…..Just checked and it looks like that option has been removed in iTunes 11 (which i guess you have)
