voip call error

hi i have rynga voip ..suddenly i loose quality of sound another side can her me but i can’t hear them i can hear them but ther voice are cutting so its not clear what they r talking about…
i dont know what problem is that might be?????

why can’t i log in yahoo messenger with my notebook? it’s always appears that network connection error. but when i use my friend’s pc to log in, it’s ok. Can anyone help?
Ps. window used to show network block but i choose NO
