how do i crack a iphone app?

i bought a app from itunes and from my itunes backup i tried to install the same app on my girlfriends phone and it would not work. then i paid for the same app on her phone and it worked perfect. can you use the same ipa file that itunes saves ? or must it be cracked? thanks in advancE. i would like to share this app. i uploaded this app. hopefully someone can help

there is no english version… any other ideas?
i don’t want to download a cracked app. i just want to know if i download a app by paying for it can i upload it for everyone? or must it be cracked? thats why i uploaded the file. maybe someone can check if it installs properly on there iphone or ipad

i did and it didn’t work. and yes i have appsync installed on both phones. can anyone with iphone try installing this app and tell me if it works? here is the link.
