mass effect 3 mouse cause the game to suck

need your help i am having with ME3,
i played the game long time, and it worked quite well no problems,
until now, every time i move the mouse left right up or down the game get freeze for a sec
and its really annoying, its happens every time i move the mouse.
i searched for a fix this problem i tried to delete and re-installer it lots of time and it didnt help
i set the graphic to the lowest possible,
i search the web for answers and only find a solution with like this one:
“Origin settings -> in game tab -> uncheck first box. Had the same problem.
The problem is origin overlay. The game was unplayable..”
but i don’t have origin, i have the crack.
its the same problem with the mouse,
i really need your help,
any one who face this bug/problem with mouse moving and the face stuck every time and know to fix it pls help me
