any ideals on how to fix this
Well, I have no idea what could be the problem, but it sounds like you have some problems with connection.
That only happens if you use JDownloader or….?
If JDownloader is causing the problem, try with JDownloader 2 or try with another download manager like Mipony, or if you are using firefox you can use DownThemAll addon since it is more stable and better than default one.
If it is your connection, are you using wired or wireless connection.
Also, after your connection drops dead a little How do you fix that so it loads pages again, to work again.
Cheers
You could try jdownloader2 or just dowload using your browser if the problem persists as has said it may be a connection problemhttp://jdownloader.org/download/offline
im using a wired connection and have to reboot to get it fixed so I can navigate pages again
Try IDM, i think it’s better, but that’s only my opinion as i use portable versions, and i tried jdownloader again not so long ago after moving away from it, as it was corrupting my youtube downloads. But i couldn’t get it to go faster than 30kBs for some reason.
jdownloader2 is working for me thanks I really appreciate all of your help btw is there a way to move links from jd1 over to the new version sorry for being such a pain

No problem.
Finish with download if you have some file in process of downloading.
Not sure how it looks anymore in JDownloader 1, but this is for v2 so it should be pretty much the same:
Select All – right click – under Other you have Create DLC, create it – open JDownloader 2 – click on File – Load Linkcontainer.
So, just search for that option about DLC…..
