That hotfix is probably dated and that’s why you can’t access it…try this instead:

well i need this fix specifically for the game i know i can download the last driver

Which one? As prozac said, its probably a dated article, and thats why, its secured, and, stored just for archival purposes.

What I meant was that since this hotfix is old, it was probably included in a future driver update and ergo should fix the problem.
