Downloading at college?

So I’m a first-year student at Penn State, and I’m just wondering if it’s safe to use jDownloader at college. I know that torrenting is definitely not an option, but is direct download okay? Thanks!

should be ok…actually had a friend who went to penn state..always used my megashares account with no problems
