Turtle Beach XLC

I want to get the Turtle Beach XLC for the Xbox 360 and I use HDMI to connect my Xbox 360 to TV, so how do I setup the Turtle Beach XLC?

often times a turtle beach headset is not the best way to go. it is just for the ~ censored ~ console gamers who pay extra money for a mediocre headset to avoid figuring out how to set it up on their own without using TB adapters and such
