Google AdSense Hacked

I’ve noticed that my friend’s adsense is hacked, the password is changed and the address of the payee has been changed too.
Can you please tell me ways of getting it back? the account is on it’s name, the telephone number, the address, everything is legal and shows that the account belongs to my friend.
