You need to re-install…
Make sure to completely remove it from your computer, and registry beforehand.

The trick is to get a volume license edition of Microsoft Office. It comes with the KMS Activator which will solve licensing problems like the one you’re having.
Get this release:
32-bit
Microsoft.Office.2010.ProfessionalPlus.with.SP1.VL.Edition-ZWTiSO
or
64-bit
Microsoft.Office.2010.ProfessionalPlus.with.SP1.VL.Edition.x64-ZWTiSO

Just use an untouched Office ISO and activate it with this.

I just did it this way myself with Office 2010 and it Activated no problem, I prefer this to the old 2007 blue I have been using for the last few years.
