Possibly your router is allocating the same TCP/IP to more than one computer on the network..
Rebooting your router might solve the problem..

To follow up from ‘s post, how are IP addresses being assigned on your network? Are you assigning them statically? Is your PC set to “Obtain an IP address automatically” ?
