Streaming on JustinTV

Hi, is here please someone who has experience with streaming on JustinTV through “Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder 3.2” (or if you know better to advice different software)
I want to stream my games online on JustinTV but most of the time is game lagging and is kind of blurry on stream when it is on Fulscreen, my ingame experience is witout lags.
My spec: i7 2700k 3.6Ghz
VTX3D 2048MB GDDR5 AMD ATI Radeon HD 6970
8Gb Kingston Ram DDR3 1333Mhz
Internet: 50MB Optik (Virgin UK) Download: 6.5MB/s – Upload 600kB/s
Might it be because of internet upload speed or do I have to change something in Software for better streaming, I am in this section Noob, any help would be great:)
